Flowchem has also installed a close die hydraulic hammer "Natural Gas Fired" forging furnaces, equipped with state-of-the-art automatic controls. Additionally, our in-house die machining produces tooling to the highest accuracy and finish along with providing a fast turnaround time for sinking of dies.

Our CNC machining facilities now include vertical machining centres and turning centres, as well as conventional machine tools, which are operated by a highly skilled workforce.

Other state-of-the-art facilities include shot blasting machine, UT, MPT, SpectroMeter, Impact Testing, Mechinacal & Physical Testing, Hardness Testing, DP Testing, and others.
